Penis Enlargement Exercises

Natural penis enlargement exercises, using nothing more than your hands (and some lubrication) are quite simply the safest and best way to get a bigger penis. The reason they are so effective is down to the penis anatomy.

Put a washcloth in hot water (but not too hot). Take the warm wet washcloth and hold it around your penis and testicles for approximately 2-3 minutes. The heat from the cloth will draw more blood into the penis, making it semi erect.

This not only helps prevent against injury, but also makes the exercises much more effective, because of the increased blood flow.

The Most Effective Jelqing Exercises

After the warm up described above, lubricate both your hands and your penis, using baby oil, masturbation cream, or something similar. The best beginner exercise is to outwardly force the blood flow to the head of your penis.

Make an ‘OK’ symbol with your thumb and index finger. With this ‘O’ grasp the base of the penis, and slowly start ‘milking’ the penis, forcing blood from the base, through the shaft, to the head.

Repeat this stroking process about 100 times once a day (for about 2 minutes) for the first week. After this, gradually increase the amount of time you spend doing this exercise.

When starting off do not get carried away. If you ‘milk’ too vigorously it can cause broken blood vessels, bruising and possibly infection.

Remember at the end of the exercise to do a “warm down” - this is the exact same procedure as the warm up, using the warm cloth. Doing this will help make the exercises more effective, and reduce the chances of any injury.

This will give you a good exercise routine to build from. If you persevere, you can easily add extra length and girth to your penis over a period of time.
