Kegel Exercises For A Better Sex Life And A Bigger Penis

To do the long Kegel exercise, hold the muscle for up to 10 seconds, then relax for 10 seconds. It is very important that you maintain the relaxed state for the full 10 seconds.
Repeat this up to 15 times.

It really is this simple! You only need to do this once or twice each day. To start with, you will probably not be able to hold the PC muscle for much longer than a few seconds, but do not let this put you off. Your ability to hold the muscle will increase over time, and with it your ability to control your ejaculation.
