How the penis works...

The penis is made of two parts: the shaft and the glans (also called the head). The shaft is made up of three separate columns of tissue, not muscle as has sometimes been suggested. This distinction is important when we begin to look at ways to permanently enlarge the penis.

2 of these columns are called the Corpora Cavernosa. These are the power behind a man's erection. They are made up of cavities and erectile tissue that expand and fill with blood to give you an erection. Unlike other mammals, men have no erectile bone and totally rely on engorgement with blood to achieve erection.

The third cylinder of the penis, located in a groove between the two larger cylinders, is called the Corpus Spongiosum, through which semen is ejaculated.

To get an erection, your nervous system sends chemical messages to your pelvic area. The smooth muscles inside your penis relax, and the arteries widen. The Corpora Cavernosa act like a sponge and fill up with blood - they hold up to eight times more blood than when your penis is flaccid.

As your penis swells and lengthens, the filled Corpora Cavernosa press against the veins, and this pressure greatly reduces the blood flow from your penis. This keeps your erection hard enough for intercourse.

So your penis size - both length and thickness - is limited by the amount of blood these two main chambers can hold, and when they're full, you have your maximum erection size - you cannot physically get any bigger.

What this means for penis enlargement...

This means that the way to get a bigger penis is to increase the amount of blood that these chambers will hold. Quite simply, the more blood that can get into your penis, the bigger it will be.

Understanding this is the key to understanding why some penis enlargement methods work and some do not.

This is why natural penis enlargement exercises are so effective. They are designed specifically to develop and enlarge your Corpora Cavernosa, removing the current limits to the size of your erect penis.

The exercises actually break down the cell walls of the 2 chambers by forcing blood into them; this stretches the cells to larger than their normal size. As with any other part of the body, these cells then repair themselves by growing back, but each time they grow back larger and stronger.

This allows the chambers to hold more blood. When the chambers can hold more blood, the erectile tissue expands and you get a bigger, stronger penis. As shown above, the more blood that can get into your penis, the bigger it will be.

This is the only true method of penis enlargement, and is only possible through the use of dedicated exercises and techniques created especially for penile growth and development. Carried out for just a few minutes every day, over the course of a few weeks you will see results - in the form of a larger, stronger and fitter penis.

Not only is this a safe alternative, it has proven permanent results - even after the exercises stop. If the penis was made of muscle, when you stopped the exercise program it would shrink back to its previous size just like if you stop weightlifting, your biceps will quickly reduce in size.

But because it is made of tissue, not muscle, then the gains in length and girth will be permanent. Once you reach your desired size, you can stop doing the exercises, but still keep those extra inches.
